This policy explains what personal information riskfits.com collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it.
RiskFits is a credit policy management platform under development. The website is operated from Brazil, and the information described here is processed on infrastructure located in the United States and other countries.
Information we collect
Information you give us
The only form on this site is the waitlist form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name, if you provide it
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide it
We also receive whatever you choose to include if you email us directly.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server data for security and reliability: IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page and timestamp. We use this in aggregate to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
We do not set cookies, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
How we use the information
- To notify you when access to the platform opens
- To send occasional updates about the product
- To answer messages you send us
- To keep the website secure and operational
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and nothing submitted through this website is used to assess your creditworthiness.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist contacts are kept until the platform launches and you decide whether to use it, or until you ask us to delete your information — whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop emailing you
Write to hello@riskfits.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, these rights may be guaranteed by law — including the California Consumer Privacy Act, similar state privacy laws, the Brazilian LGPD and the GDPR. We apply the same process regardless of your location, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from product updates; it does not delete your record unless you ask.
Children
This site is intended for business and adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to waitlist data is limited to the people who need it to operate the product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated by email to the addresses on the waitlist.
